Time…

Humans are idiots, that’s really all there is to it. They have been idiots since the beginning. Even when they discovered things that my kind have been using for centuries before them. They always thought they were so superior, they’re not. Humans are idiots.
I know they are because I’m not one of them, my name is Tristin and I am a vampire and I’m almost 900 years old. I’ve watched the humans since they created me in 1320AD. They were smarter back then, but they were always idiots in common sense. They grew up on their surroundings and not on their precious technology.
I’ll tell you my view on the human population, prepare yourself.

In the beginning of my observations I was a new born, and my kind was just getting out of hiding. The year was 1452; I was 151 years old in the body of a nineteen year old boy. I had found my home in France near Nonrandom Cathedral. Ironic that a vampire would live so close to one of the most important and famous church in Europe? Yes it was, but the hunters or slayers as the humans called them would never guess that I would be living there, I was safe there.
I only came out at night to feed in the time that I wasn’t I would watch the humans from my window during the day (the whole thing about vampires being killed by sun is a load of crap; we just don’t like the sun). I would watch them walk around the church singing, praying, and laughing. I would watch he gypsies dance and try to get money from the town’s people then get arrested. I watched them burn a lot of people for witchcraft, some of which were my friends. I learned that humans killed what they didn’t understand.
At this point they used candles and horse drawn carriages; they thought that was the only way of transportation, light ad heat. In the Vampire Capital under London we had already discovered electricity. Our streets were lit with the light of synthetic sun. As I watched the humans struggle with there fire, I laughed, I began to hate humans and I’d make fun of them often.

In 1500s the Black Plague hit Europe, I was now living in England with a vampire I had created out of pity, her name was Autum. The only complaint from my kind was that our food source was dying off. The human medications were not helping, so the vampires put their heads together and made a cure. We didn’t tell the humans about the cure but we gave it to random children who had the weak symptoms of the disease so the humans never knew.
It was soon after I took Autum and we got on a ship to the New World. There we split, going our separate ways and I was alone again. I began to watch the humans again, I saw what they did to the Natives on their own land, it sickened me, I started to hate humans more and more. It was amazing how greedy the humans were.

Some time after most of the New World was settled they called their stolen land America. I had been in the west and I had seen the gold rush. Tomas had recently discovered something only the vampire nation new of, he discovered electricity. All of a sudden there was a rush of people discovering things, oil and nuclear energy was the big ones. The used those to destroy the world around them, the air became thick and full of toxins that the humans couldn’t smell, but we could then again we are technically dead so we don’t need to breathe.
The humans began to war against each other the fought over energy and who had the best weapons. They fought over the moon and space. They fought about religion and race. It was madness.

Now the year is 2201, and I’m tired of living I lived threw so much that I was about ready to rip myself apart. The good news to my kind is that the humans left the planet. They found a worm hole to a different dimension of their world, one where their oh-so-precious fossil flues are abundant and never running out They are living there to this day and they left around 2100. The vampires didn’t let all of the go though, we breed humans for food. And if you think that’s sick, think of it like breeding cattle. This world is ours we made the clouds cover the earth so the sun would never shine again. (Except on one Island, Australia, where we keep the humans). This world is ours.
